Evaluates available water main rehabilitation techniques in terms of technological and economic advantages and disadvantages. Also demonstrates in a logical sequence how such an evaluation can be performed by local utilities or consulting engineers, showing how input data are to be indexed so that they can be temporally and spatially adjusted.
