Abstract
Addresses workforce challenges by providing a focused analysis of the mission-critical classification at risk in terms of both numbers and work preparedness; the organizational processes, such as recruitment, selection, technical training, and knowledge retention that need to be strengthened to address those risks; and strategies that should be implemented at the utility, regional, and national level to achieve workforce sustainability.
