Abstract

To protect public health and maintain regulatory compliance, utilities are seeking additional resources for optimizing corrosion control treatment, with specific interest in phosphate-based corrosion inhibitors. Through collaboration with a variety of stakeholders, this project produced a comprehensive guidance manual to assist utilities in evaluating and implementing phosphate-based corrosion inhibitors and sequestrants. Published in 2025.
