Abstract

Determines the impact of phosphate chemicals on the formation of protective scales, lime leaching, and water quality for cement-based pipes and linings. Evaluates implications for Lead and Copper Rule optimization and corrosion control. Also provides information for utilities to make informed decisions regarding the use, effectiveness, and application of corrosion inhibitor chemicals on cement-based pipes and linings.
