Abstract
Determines causes of and methods to control distribution system taste and odor problems related to chlorine dioxide use. Evaluates causes through chemical analysis at sites experiencing the problem and through a survey of utilities that use chlorine dioxide. Also investigates powdered activated carbon as a control method. Published in 1991.
