Abstract
Defined a research and information collection agenda to more fully understand the magnitude of health risks, and possible methods to mitigate those health risks, in seven technical issue areas potentially impacting distribution system water quality and public health. This work was a follow-up to the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) discussions related to the Total Coliform Rule/Distribution System Rule that ended in September 2008 with the signing of an Agreement in Principle. The resulting final report was posted to the USEPA Website in May 2010.
