Abstract
Captured existing knowledge and approaches used by utilities and other industries to minimize the possibility of an emergency event, to proactively mitigate consequences of possible emergency events, and to prepare for response and recovery from emergency events. Focused on addressing the needs of the water utility customer before and after emergency events. Ended in 2006. The Foundation did not publish a final report.
