Abstract
Evaluates, through pilot-plant and full-scale studies, the efficacy of ozone as a preoxidant for control of TOX, TOC, THM formation potential, and actual THM development. Evaluates ozone's ability to promote microflocculation and turbidity removal under varying water quality conditions. Completed in 1989. Published in Journal AWWA, 81(6):85 - 92, June 1989.
