Abstract
Develops an overarching strategic business plan that integrates ongoing utility planning activities including asset management, capital improvement planning, integrated resource planning, competitiveness enhancement, and revenue enhancement. Adopts portfolio management techniques that provide a unifying decision framework because they consider investments with multiple attributes, risks, and requirements.
