Please view our webcast on WRF project 4907, Leading Water and Wastewater Utility Innovation. This project developed an innovation leader’s resource to guide utility innovation leaders implement and sustain successful innovation programs. The objectives of this study were to 1) equip utilities to assess and encourage broad engagement in innovation, 2) provide guidance for building powerful partnerships to accelerate innovation, 3) develop an innovation strategy.
This webcast walked attendees through the major elements of WRF project 4907: developing an innovation strategy, engaging the workforce, and leveraging partners. Presenters reviewed the key project outcomes, as well as discussed using these tools from a utility innovation leader perspective.
