Leading Water Utility Innovation
Abstract
This project developed an innovation leader’s guide to help utilities implement successful innovation programs. The objectives of the project were to (1) equip utilities to assess and encourage broad engagement in innovation, (2) provide guidance for building powerful innovation partnerships for early wins, (3) develop an Innovation Planning Tool for building an innovation strategy, and (4) develop detailed case studies that demonstrate the innovation strategy. Reports published in 2023. Innovation Planning Tool published in 2024.
