Abstract

Building on work begun in project #273, develops sufficient data on the inactivation of Cryptosporidium for estimation of the parameters for a kinetic model describing the synergistic effects of chemical disinfectants. Also explores the effect of pH and temperature on the kinetic models. Research partner: USEPA. Published in 2001.
