Abstract

Develops and demonstrates the simultaneous detection and genotyping capabilities of nucleic acid microarrays for different groups of pathogens. Designs a DNA microarray that targets several well characterized virulence genes from E. coli O157:H7 and Cryptosporidium parvum. Published in 2006.
