Abstract
Given the importance of watershed protection plans, determination of phosphorus (P) mineralization kinetics in advanced wastewater treatment facility effluents is crucial for developing strategies to minimize eutrophication in receiving surface waters. This study looked at the dissolved P uptake kinetics characterization for five treatment facilities in the Spokane, Washington Region.
