Desalination Concentrate Management Policy Analysis for the Arid West
Abstract
This project identified and analyzed policies and regulations related to the development of brackish water supply sources and the implementation of environmentally sound, sustainable desalination concentrate management technologies. The analysis identified a set of policy recommendations that provide consistency in permitting regulations for concentrate disposal in the western United States.
