Benefit Cost Analysis Tool

Abstract

This project developed an electronic-based methodology to balance maximal service performance of assets with minimal cost of ownership. It evaluates benefits, compares direct and indirect costs, determines present value, allows for triple bottom line accounting, and values risks for failure. WERF contracted this project to GHD. Research Partner: GWRC.

As of August 2023, the web tool is discontinued.
