Abstract

Identifies major deterioration mechanisms in potable water mains that may contribute to water quality failures in distribution system networks. Develops a proof-of-concept model (Q-WARP) to quantify the overall likelihood of occurrence of water quality failure events as a function of main deterioration mechanisms. Research partner: NRCC.
