Tell Us About Your Technologies for Small and Decentralized Systems!
The Water Research Foundation (WRF) supports utilities of all sizes with research and innovation solutions to meet their water service needs. As part of a recently awarded EPA grant, WRF is recruiting technology developers working on solutions for small and decentralized systems. Selected developers will be invited to participate in workshops and forums with regulators to inform a framework for technology validation and permitting for small systems.
Decentralized and small system technologies of all varieties within the water sector are encouraged to participate, including but not limited to automation technologies, sensors, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) integration, decision support tools, greywater and reuse for onsite treatment, and point-of-use devices.
The technology intake is managed through the WRF Technology Scans program and the WRF TechLink platform, which accept applications from all technologies on a rolling basis. For consideration, please complete the following steps:
- If you do not already have credentials to log in to WRF TechLink, contact David Morroni, WRF Innovation Program Coordinator, at innovation@waterrf.org.
- Complete the WRF Technology Scan application.
- Your application will be reviewed, and you will be notified of next steps.
For assistance submitting your application, contact Sydney Samples, WRF Innovation Program Manager, at ssamples@waterrf.org.
Applications are due by February 17, 2022.
