Project 4664 developed a series of messages for opportunistic premise plumbing pathogens, with a focus on Legionella, to educate various customer groups on the steps they need to take to better protect themselves from waterborne disease from their own premise plumbing. This presentation was created as a template for utilities to use when holding face-to-face meetings with customers.
