Abstract

Provides guidance to utilities of all sizes on how to approach the lead problem, select treatment alternatives, and determine the effectiveness of a lead control program through monitoring. Includes designing, testing, and developing a pipe loop model for evaluating tap lead levels. Provides detailed plans for the pipe loop. Published in 1990.
