Seeking Your Input: Application of Big Data for Energy Management Questionnaire

Stantec Consulting Services is conducting a Water Research Foundation project entitled Application of Big Data for Energy Management in Water Utilities. Progress has been made over the last decade on data technologies for big data analysis, optimization-based data mining techniques, and predictive analytics for water and wastewater facility operation and planning. This contemporary research project aims to provide utilities with guidance on advanced big data analytics, with the goal of achieving energy-efficient and cost-effective operations. The research team has developed a survey to collect first-hand information from utilities to improve the understanding of practices and challenges for big data concepts in energy management.
