Abstract
To build additional momentum behind water workforce development efforts, utilities and their regional partners need to explore the specific occupations, skills, and career pathways that are crucial to bridge the sector's looming employment gap. This project will clarify the range of water jobs available at a regional level, identify the potential pools of labor to fill these positions, and explore new development strategies to equip workers with the skills they need are all critical considerations.
