Wildfire Threats to Forested Drinking Water Supplies

A workshop hosted by The Water Research Foundation, forWater Network & Seattle Public Utilities. The goal of the workshop is to provide researchers and decision makers with a state-of-the-science assessment of knowledge and practice on the characterization of wildfire impacts on water supplies, treatment, and distribution. Strategies for proactive and reactive watershed management and increased treatment preparedness will be discussed.
